Normally I don't very much like splash color pictures, but this is awesome.

Btw: what's the correct English term for BW pictures with one single color (Germans say "colorkey")? Color splash?

Thank you very much :D There are a few terms for it I guess, Selective Coloring and Spot Coloring are two examples. I call it Selective Coloring :) Have a nice day!

Thank you :) The black white and red combination was inspired from Sin City (Comic/Movie) and hence the title :)
