You have certainly seen effort to make this picture worth a view. The sharpness is spot-on, and there's nothing that would "catch my eye" in a bad way - quite the contrary, actually. The picture has been toned with care, using shades of grey to present a balanced composition of something I am not sure about.

Comments suggest this could be a part of a metallic dragon, but I'd tend to think it as a part of a building. Admittedly, a building in this real world usually won't have a roof like that - but hey, if it is a building, it is proof that one exists. And if it is not, a bonus point for making the picture look like that.

An excellent picture, would be just in its right place as a print on a wall lit by spotlight in an otherwise dark room.
